Return requests
Return process requirements :
Proof of purchase (order number - invoice - etc).
The reason for the return must be in accordance with the conditions for accepting returns 
(please refer to the conditions provided)
You must contact customer service within 48 hours in the event that you receive a product
 that differs from the specifications described or its value differs from what was mentioned on the offer page,
 and all products are returned in addition to the free gifts attached, if any, and in the event 
that all products are not returned, the return will be rejected .
We will examine the product to be returned, and if it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse,
 the value of the product will be refunded in the appropriate way, and a response will be made 
within a maximum period of 3-5 days from receiving the returned product,
 by sending a message to your phone or email
If it was found during the inspection process that the product to be returned does not match 
the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you,
 with you bearing the value of shipping costs
Terms and reasons for returning products :
The product has never been used, and is in its original condition with its original packaging and includes 
all tags.
The customer has the right to return within
(48 hours) in cases of receiving a wrong product, and the right to return within
 (30 days) if the products are damaged
Reasons for return
Receipt of a wrong product, or a product not as described on the site, or a damaged product
How to refund purchases 
For the products received, we will refund the full value of the product subject to return and this applies 
to the following cases:-
Defective products or those already mentioned in the return conditions

If the reason for the return is due to an error from Jacquardina in the description or a problem with 
the product sent.
In the event that the customer cancels the purchase order, he is entitled to a full refund of 
the purchase order value, according to the method of payment.

First: If the payment method is a credit card?
If the payment was made by credit card, the amount paid will be refunded to your card,
and this period varies from one bank to another. Please check with your bank's customer service
Second: If the method of payment is cash on receipt?
If it is "cash on receipt", the amount will be refunded in the form of credit from Jacardina 
and will be added to your Jacardina wallet, according to the customer's desire, and you have the right to use it 
within a maximum of six months, and you can then use the balance of Jacardina either to make 
new purchases on Jacardina
Third: - Manage your Jacardina account balance to complete the order
• If the value of the order is equal to or less than the available balance: If the value of
 the order is equal to or less than the balance of the available Jacardina account, proceed to complete the order,
 the system will deduct the payment amount from the available balance automatically.

• Jacardina will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctioned countries pursuant to 
the law of Egypt.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the Cardholder's monthly statement.
• Refunds are made through the original payment method only.
