Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jacquardina, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

- If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, Jacquardina will cover the return shipping cost.
- If there is no defect and you simply wish to return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
